IC 2023 is upon us! As always, part of the experience is how best to navigate a hotel that’s 25 floors and filled with 3,200 Jewish teens. If this prospect scares you, don’t worry, this is the article for you that will best detail everything you need to know about the hotel!

First, as you may have noticed, when you enter you must go through a security line to make sure that we’re keeping IC safe. While this process may be tedious with the rush of people entering the hotel doors constantly, it is ultimately best in order to keep us as safe as possible.

Once entering the hotel, there are many other fun booths and experiences to explore. In the main lobby, the first couple booths are the sponsored booths and the welcome center. At the welcome booth, make sure to pick up stickers to decorate your name tag! The other sponsored booths contain a plethora of other goodies! As you keep walking, you will hit the arcade and vortex tunnel. The arcade is a perfect place to goof around with friends, while the vortex is a great photo spot. Other amazing photo opportunities are right around the corner from the vortex with the BeReal poster. Last but not least, is shuk. Arriving at the end of the hallway, you enter through the doors and into a world full of merch from all around the world.

For those concerned about finding their rooms, all you need to do is go past the main lounge for BBGs and stay near the entrance for AZAs. There will likely be a line for the elevators up as there are many more teens than there are elevators. Waiting in these lines is the perfect time to make friends or read the Shofar!

Have a great time at IC and refer back to this if you ever need help navigating the hotel! Additional navigation support can come from any staff wearing a green name tag!
