BBYO International Convention (IC) 2025 is coming to Denver, Colorado from February 13-17 and Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) is already preparing for our Movement's biggest moment. There are many ways for you, your family, and the greater Denver area community to take part in all that IC has to offer. Embrace our International Delegation before IC, become an official IC Brand Partner, volunteer, or join us for the celebrations—we want you to be involved. Explore opportunities below.
We're looking for 300+ volunteers in a variety of roles from Wednesday, February 12th through Monday, February 17th. Opportunities for volunteering will be distributed across convenient shifts, and all volunteers are provided with full access to IC including signature events like Opening Ceremonies, IC Limmud, and the Saturday Night Block Party.

BBYO International Convention 2025 in Denver is shaping up to be the biggest celebration yet—and you’re invited to be part of it! As a member of the Denver community, the host city for this year’s event, we’d love for you to join us at the Adult Experience on Thursday, February 13th in the evening. The night kicks off with a Community Welcome Celebration, featuring a dessert reception and a special address from BBYO leadership. Following that, community members are invited to attend IC Opening Ceremonies from 8 PM to 10 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate this exciting milestone with you!

International Delegates and staff from dozens of countries will arrive early for a pre-IC program called Global Ambassadors Week. In the coming weeks, we’ll be posting information about exclusive opportunities available to BBYO Rocky Mountain Region community members to join Global Ambassadors Week at different events. BBYO is seeking corporate, nonprofit, collegiate, and other relevant brands to partner with, or sponsor, IC to help amplify our program while giving attendees a feel for the local spirit and culture. Selected IC Brand Partners will have access to our audience of thousands of influential Gen Z teens, as well as alumni, staff, and friends of BBYO from around the world.
