Alongside hundreds of other adult attendees, join us to participate in a powerful few days of programming, keynote speakers, dialogues on topics of interest, networking sessions, reunions, Shabbat celebrations, and uplifting plenary events that will leave you with a renewed sense of pride and optimism for our Jewish future. Whether you’d like to attend IC for 24 hours, or join us for the entire weekend, we look forward to welcoming you as we celebrate an unforgettable IC 2025 together.

Details: Attend IC from midday Thursday, February 13 to midday Friday, February 14. Over 24 hours, you’ll enjoy exclusive sessions with keynote speakers and guests, network with other adults and communal leaders, and engage directly in dialogue with BBYO teens and adults on topics paramount to young people and the global Jewish community today.
In addition to these programs, you’ll experience the magic of IC firsthand—a Jewish event that now sells out for thousands of teens in less than 15 minutes—by witnessing our Olympics-style Opening Ceremonies on Thursday evening, as well as Friday morning sessions featuring trailblazers, global leaders, Jewish influencers, and of course nearly 4,000 loud and proud BBYO teens.

Details: Starting with an inspiring Welcome Reception on Thursday evening, join us in Denver from Thursday evening, February 13 through Saturday, February 15. In addition to experiencing IC Opening Ceremonies, you’ll join fellow alumni and friends for special adult sessions on Friday that will explore areas of both personal and professional development. Plus, you’ll enjoy Shabbat dinner and experiences at IC, an adults-only Oneg, Shabbat brunch, Limmud sessions with BBYO teens, and time for sightseeing around beautiful Denver on Saturday. We invite you to extend your evening to attend BBYO Havdalah on Saturday night in a packed convention room of thousands of teens and incredible speakers. Following Havdalah, alumni will lead teens through the rich history, rituals, and traditions that have made AZA and BBG home to so many over the last century. Don’t miss this amazing and inspirational BBYO reunion weekend! Please note, this experience is also open to friends of BBYO who are not alumni.

Details: For adults from outside of the U.S., you’ll have the option of attending IC from Wednesday, February 12 to Sunday, February 16. In addition to the experiences listed above, which include Shabbat dinner and experiences, an adults-only Oneg, Shabbat brunch, Limmud sessions, and time for sightseeing, you’re invited to join fellow international community members and BBYO’s Board of Directors for dinner on Wednesday night. Plus, take in even more of what IC has to offer—including Havdalah and the State of the Order plenary on Saturday night—by staying at IC through the end of the weekend.
Cost: $180
Details: Attend a single day of BBYO International Convention (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday). Please note that Opening Ceremonies is on Thursday; Shabbat dinner is on Friday; and Havdalah takes place Saturday night. The IC 2025 Day Pass grants you entry to the convention for the entire day you select.
As part of the IC Adult Experience on Saturday, explore Denver's sights with your BBYO friends. Recommended sightseeing options can be found at the link below. Please note that BBYO is not organizing transportation or staffing these experiences, but discounts for these tours are available.
All adult guests have the option to register for accommodations at the main IC hotel until adult capacity is reached (for security reasons, the specific hotel location will not be released publicly). You may add a hotel room onto your package as part of the registration process.
Alternatively, adults may book a room at an offsite hotel independently.
We’re looking for talented alumni to lead workshops and sessions at IC for teens and/or adult attendees. We’re also interested in hearing from those who want to speak on a panel about a topic of expertise. Click here to learn more about becoming a guest speaker at IC and apply here.
In addition to teen BBYO members, adults over the age of 21 and their families are invited to join us for the IC Adult Experience—including alumni, parents, supporters, and friends. High school students may only attend IC if they are members of BBYO who are registered for the teen IC experience (teens are not permitted to register for the IC Adult Experience with their families).
Children who are in eighth grade or below are permitted to attend IC with their families and must be supervised at all times while at IC.
Please review the package descriptions on the IC adult registration site to explore the dates you can attend IC. We offer a 24-Hour Experience (midday Thursday to midday Friday), a three-day program at the Alumni Association Experience (Thursday evening to Saturday), and a Five-Day Experience for those who want to experience the magic of IC across the full weekend (Wednesday to Sunday). There is also an option to purchase a day pass for Thursday, Friday or Saturday at IC.
Hotel accommodation may be added to your IC adult registration at an extra cost. Alternatively, adults are invited to book their own offsite accommodations, but please note that BBYO does not offer any discounted block rates at other Denver area hotels. Local hotels close to the IC site include Element by Westin, DoubleTree, and Atwell Suites by IHG. Guests staying at offsite locations must arrange their own transportation to IC events.
For guests attending the 24-Hour Adult Experience, meals are provided from Thursday lunch at 12:00 PM through brunch on Friday.
Guests attending the Alumni Association Experience are invited to join BBYO for a Welcome Reception on Thursday night; a Friday brunch and Friday night Shabbat dinner; and brunch on Saturday morning.
Guests attending the Five-Day Experience receive dinner on Wednesday; breakfast, lunch, and a Welcome Reception on Thursday; brunch and Friday night Shabbat dinner on Friday; and brunch on Saturday. Dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and dinner on Sunday may be added for an additional fee.
Adult and teen registration paths are separate. As of October 9, teen registration for IC 2025 is on a waitlist. Please use the ‘Teen Delegate’ registration path on the IC registration page to add your teen to the IC waitlist.
You may complete your adult registration when IC Adult Experience registration opens in November.
Yes! We are very interested in hearing from alumni or other adults who want to speak at IC. We are looking for talented alumni to lead workshops and sessions at IC, and interested in hearing from those who want to speak on a panel about a topic of expertise. Click here to learn more about becoming a guest speaker at IC and apply here. (For some speakers, your time at IC could be funded by BBYO for the days on which you are speaking.) After we receive your application, a member of our team will be in touch.
As our top priority, BBYO takes every precaution regarding security at IC. All policies, procedures, and protective measures are implemented in full collaboration with renowned security services that keep some of the American government's highest profile events safe as well as with all local, state, and national police and intelligence departments. More information is available upon request by delegates or delegate families of registered teens. Please note for security purposes, the name of the IC hotel will not be released until a few days before convention begins.
In addition, all adult attendees at IC will be required to consent and adhere to the BBYO IC Adult Code of Conduct.
In addition to the opportunity to experience the power of IC and hear from world-renowned speakers and leaders, the IC 2025 Adult Experience will offer thought-provoking sessions both on topics of Jewish communal interest as well as personal and professional development. There is truly nothing like IC and now, adult attendees can experience the full force of a five-day festival of Jewish pride—while also growing their skills and networking with fellow alumni, supporters, and colleagues across several days of programs, workshops, and gatherings. Adults will also be able to visit landmarks across Denver on Saturday afternoon.
Members of BBYO’s Board of Directors and adult attendees traveling from outside the United States, may arrive at the IC hotel beginning on Wednesday at 2:00 PM (and no earlier). For safety and security purposes, all other adults participating in the 24-Hour Adult Experience, or the Alumni Association. Experience may arrive at the hotel no earlier than Thursday, February 13 at 8:00 AM. All adult guests must check in at the Adult Welcome Center in the IC hotel to receive their credentials before entering the main IC space or attending any adult programming.
